Care Instructions – Do not machine wash or dry clean. – All of our hand-hooked wool products can be gently spot cleaned with a clean soft sponge or cloth using a solution of mild soap and warm water. Wipe up spills as soon as they occur. Blot (don’t rub) with damp sponge or cloth. Rinse and blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel. Air dry. Do not pull stray loops or threads. – It is normal for a stray loop or end to pop up from time to time. Simply snip off with a scissor.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
